who cares if a scope can or cant go against ur eye, its a ball not a bullet, its paintball not a real firearm

But a rifle scope does not go against your eye if that was the case every time you shot a rifle you would get a black eye

my red dot sight has been hit atleast 4 times in each game that I play just becuase of the way that I play and it’s perfectly fine. It’s just a regular sight with clear plastic covers over the glass lenses. All I gotta do is wipe it off and I’m good to go, all though, if I do get it hit during a game I can’t see anything because there’s a pink blob blocking my view for the rest of the game but the next game I’m good to go because I wiped it off.

sorry, mike, but I have to disagree. my red dot sight has been shot several times, and I can still aim accurately. if you have a good mask, good barrel, good sight, your accuracy and play goes up tenfold.

what about good masks, like the Invert Avatar? I can aim down fine with that, it goes maybe half an inch from my face, which is the standard scope distance

Barska 2.5 x 20 scope could work, has a 5″ eye relief. Small, so should clear a hopper and is 35 bucks. Any thing over 3 power probably is a waste.

a rifle scope is suppose to be atleast an inch away from your face, because when they are used on real guns (which is what they are designed for) if you put your eye right up against it, the rifle is going to recoil and then hurt your, so I dont really see how a riflescope wouldnt be effective in paintball

A red dot can work but your marker has too be very accurate for it too work any other type of scope is just bad and adds pointless wait too your marker. If you know your marker and where it shoots you don’t need one at all if you must have a spotting scope find a Pistol long eye relief scope. Many of the scenario markers with stocks have a big problem that your mask pushes your face to far away from your marker for you too even look threw the scope as my brother found out with his Tiberus

I used a red dot sight today, and holy moly it improved my game so much. Yea, it does nothing for the range/elevation but when you’re trying to aim at a hopper and the edge of a mask sticking out, that little help makes a world of difference.

And on the subject of price, I got mine in the airsoft section of my local sports store, for a whopping $10

It’s very durable, well built, 11 brightness modes, I’m incredibly happy with it

These looks similar to the Steiner. I got Fujinon 7×50 FMTR-SX, no compass. I like them a lot. I actually prefer to roll down th eye pieces and look through them like 1 centimenter away. Very nice field of view. With the eye caps fully extended, I have to press them to the face quite a bit to get the full view. Or maybe I am not using the binoculars correctly, I don’t know…
