How To Make Drinking Wine Outside Painless
September 8th, 2009 by Myarticle

It is easy to keep on having another glass of wine when you are comfortable indoors. Not having to worry about your dinnerware getting damaged will definetly lead to a better evening. Drinking outside may not be as comfortable. However, in the summer months there is nothing better than getting out into the sun and having a glass of wine. Here is some advice on how to make this reality as painless as possible

Wine bags. The hardest thing is transporting your wine and keeping it cool at the same time. You could use a traditionally cool bag but heavy bottles of wine tend to move around a lot in these bags and either squash all in their path or break. Specially designed wine bags allow you to individually pack wine bottles, maintain consistent moisture levels and keep temperature consistent. This also makes them ideal wine gifts

Acrylic glasses. I wouldn’t recommend taking drinking vessels out with you to drink outdoors. Not only do you not want to risk breaking them but also they can be pretty heavy and not something you want to lug around if you are traveling any great distance. Cheap plastic glasses always alter the taste of good tasting wine so it might be an idea to try and purchase something like high quality acrylic glasses which wont be as bad

Disposable Dinnerware. Although drinking and eating outdorrs can be enjoyable I would never recommend bringing your best wine glasses with you in case something bad might happen. What is better is that you don’t have to wash them up after you are done. For cleaning your acrylic wine glasses, there are some special wine glass cloths you can buy from most food and drink shops
