This is a very nice planter. Very sturdy with a clean white color. Not a bright white but not cream color. I found only two cons with this product. Because there is no catch basin in the bottom water drains through easily so plants require daily watering. The other con is the top of my deck rails are slightly rounded. The planter rocks back and forth. They are designed for rails that are flat. This is not a major problem for me but could be for some. So far they have stayed in place and have not tipped over. Overall I do like the planters. They add a nice charm to our deck.

I was a little concerned that the planters would not work on my rails with rounded tops. Once they were filled with soil, plants and were then watered, they weighed enough to stay firmly in place. I purchased eight 24-inch planters and put two on each section of railing between the support columns on my front porch. They look spectacular!
