    I keep this book by my window so I can record new birds that come to my feeder. It has spots for date, location, weather, species, observations, etc. It also has a spot to make sketches on each page. I like the style of the font – it looks kind of antique. It also has lots of nice color pictures from JJA’s Birds of America throughout the book.
    In the back it has a life list checklist. It has a ribbon bookmark. It is a nice high-quality journal, but might not be appropriate for the field unless you aren’t planning on getting it wet.
