    Many orchids purchased while in bloom are potted in an inferior mix of spahgnum moss and styrofoam peanuts. The orchids usually die off after blooming unless repotted in a proper mix. Orchid roots do not like wet feet. Other orchid potting mixes hold in too much moisture, however, Hoffman’s Orchid potting mix promotes proper drainage after the orchids are watered.

    I’ve purchased this product twice from Amazon and I will probably buy it again from Amazon. It seems to keep my orchids healthy. My only concern is that I wish the chips were just a bit smaller but it seems to be working okay as it is.
